La Coume-Lumet Limoux Blanc 2018 (Chardonnay-Chenin)

Gold Medal at Wine Show of WA and a Bronze Medal at Perth and Adelaide Royal Wine Shows, this wine has won hearts like no other. Grown and vitrified in the reign of Margaret River this is a dry white wine with an alcohol percentage of 11.2. Five ashes vineyards let their fruits ferment and mature for 10 months in french oak barriques which makes them the best among the rest. The straw yet pale yellow colour in racy with lemons and has hints of fresh and floral aromas. The light and creamy texture with a juicy finish can be experienced in every sip. It leaves the perfume of citrus lemon and hints of peach, brioche and cashew. With acidity of 9g/L this wine is dry and crispy, perfect for this summer.

Millaman ‘Estate Reserve’ Sauvignon Blanc 2011

This Australian white wine comes from the region of Clare Valley, a land that gives it the characteristics and flavors so balanced and dense. French oak fermented this has grassy and plush stone fruit characteristics of the Semillon. The richness leaves you with a long lingering finish that excludes any residual sweetness. A process of 12 hours where this wine is crushes and extracted from the skins enhances the wine texture to a greater degree. The pressed juices take nine months of fermentation, blending, fining, and filtration before it is bottled up and later served to you in your stemware.
